Clause: Submission of Guest Names After Booking
- After completing the booking, the guest is required to provide the resort management with the full names of all attendees prior to the scheduled visit. This process is necessary to register the names at the resort’s gate system and facilitate smooth entry.
Booking and Payment
- Reservations must be completed through the website, specifying the date, time, and number of people.
- Your reservation is not considered confirmed until you receive confirmation via email or message from Picnic.
Cancellation and appointment change
- If a customer wishes to cancel or change their reservation, they must provide advance notice (e.g., a certain number of days in advance) for the policy to apply.
- Refunds may not be issued, or cancellation fees may apply, depending on Picnic's policy.
- In the event of weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, Picnic may offer a rescheduling or refund option—or may refer to a separate policy.
Arrivals and latecomers
- Guests are required to arrive a certain time before the agreed time.
- In case of lateness or no-show, the reservation may be considered void or additional charges may be applied.
Responsibility, goods and services
- Picnic is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the event unless there is proven negligence on the part of the company.
- Customers should inform Picnic of any food allergies or special needs when booking—however, the company does not guarantee that allergens are completely absent unless specifically agreed upon.
Acceptable Use
- The customer agrees to use the premises and services only for the agreed-upon purposes and not for commercial or unauthorized purposes.
- Damaging, altering, or misusing the equipment is prohibited. If damage is caused by a customer or guests, the customer is responsible for the cost.
Changes to the terms
- Picnic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website and are recommended for regular review.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (or the place where the company is registered).
- Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions shall first be resolved amicably. If the parties fail to reach a resolution, the matter shall be referred to the competent authority/court.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the place
- All visitors are required to keep the premises clean and refrain from leaving any waste in public or private facilities within the resort. Designated waste disposal areas must be used, and the overall appearance of the site must be maintained.
